Hello! Thank you for choosing AtLashed by Kalen! Before booking, please read the following information: AtLashed Beauty Bar is a SAFE space. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms & conditions: 1) all clients and staff will be respectful towards each other 2) absolutely NO bullying of any kind 3) absolutely NO harassment, slander, or verbal abuse of any kind Failure to abide by these terms may result in termination of the appointment, with payment made in full. We also may terminate a client at any time for failure to abide by these conditions. Please read the following information pertaining to any future appointments: 1) all clients are required to put a card on file. No deposit is required to book an appointment. 2) If booking for nails: - please book nail service AND design if you would like both. This allows enough time for a design to be added to the appointment time. - please come to your appointment prepared with 1-3 inspo pics. This gives me an idea of what you would like and will allow for a quicker, more thorough consultation. - please come to appointment with nothing on your nails OR book a removal. If I have to remove product & it was not booked, a $5 fee will be applied. - if you have any booking questions, would like to send me an inspo pic, or would like a text consultation, please text me directly at (260)615-7057. Please include your name in the text message. - acrylics can only be filled up to 4 weeks after appointment. Any acrylic fill scheduled after four weeks, will be considered a soak off and full set. 3) If booking lashes: - please make sure you come to your appointment with clean lashes: no mascara, no strip lash glue, no makeup. if I have to remove product or do more than one lash bath, a $5 fee will be applied. - if you have any booking questions, please send me a text message at (260)615-7057. 4) no extra guests allowed, unless they are also being serviced OR I am made aware of this prior to appointment date. 5) cancellation policy: clients are required to give a 24 hour notice prior to appointment cancellation. Failure to do so may result in a late cancellation fee of up to 50% of the intended appointment total. 6) no call no show policy: a no call no show will result in a fee of up to 100% of the missed appointment total. This must be paid in full before booking again. If a no call, no show happens more than once, that client may not book with me again. 7) late policy: I allow a 10 minute grace period, with communication. After 10 minutes, a charge of $1 per minute will be charged to appointment total (12 minutes=$12). I hold myself to the same standard. If I’m running more than 10 minutes behind, without communication, I will deduct one dollar per minute that I am late off of your appointment total.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
I charge a 100% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. After a no-show, you must pay the next appointment in full before appointment is considered confirmed.
