Hello! Thank you for choosing AtLashed by Kalen! Before booking, please read the following information: 1) all clients are required to put a card on file. No deposit is required to book an appointment. 2) If booking for nails: - please book nail service AND design if you would like both. This allows enough time for a design to be added to the appointment time. - please come to your appointment prepared with 1-3 inspo pics. This gives me an idea of what you would like and will allow for a quicker, more thorough consultation. - please come to appointment with nothing on your nails OR book a removal. If I have to remove product & it was not booked, a $5 fee will be applied. - if you have any booking questions, would like to send me an inspo pic, or would like a text consultation, please text me directly at (260)615-7057. Please include your name in the text message. 3) If booking lashes: - please make sure you come to your appointment with clean lashes: no mascara, no strip lash glue, no makeup. if I have to remove product or do more than one lash bath, a $5 fee will be applied. - if you have any booking questions, please send me a text message at (260)615-7057. 4) no extra guest allowed, unless they are also being serviced OR I am made aware of this prior to appointment date.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
I charge a 100% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. After a no-show, you must pay the next appointment in full before appointment is considered confirmed.
